Katelyn is a pediatric physical therapist who specializes in ages zero to three. She has done trainings in home coaching, kinesiotaping and yoga with pediatrics. Katelyn has spent the last four years working in early intervention where she has worked with children with developmental delays, orthopedic conditions, and neurological disabilities. Before that, she attended the University at Buffalo, school of health and health professions for her Bachelors in Exercise Science, earned in 2013 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, earned in 2016. Katelyn now resides in Pittsburgh, PA and is licensed in the state of Pennsylvania.
My passion:
“Katelyn has enjoyed her years working with kids with disabilities because she has been able to see so many kids grow and progress in a way they or their families did not see possible at the start of their journey. She has witnessed how eager children are to accept challenges and the genuine excitement when they achieve their goals.”
Fun Fact:
“When Katelyn is not working she enjoys kayaking, backpacking and spending time with her 80 pound Great Dane – Lab mix. She has recently began practicing yoga and has found it to be helpful in some of her therapy sessions.”
