Nova Southeastern University, Clinical Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology, 2012
Areas of Expertise:

My passion:
“I love to assist children and their families with issues related to communication because I get the opportunity to change and impact lives every day.”
Fun Fact:
“I live in a semi-rural part of New Jersey with my husband George and our rescue dog Hope. We are both only children and we do not have any children of our own. About three years ago, we inquired about becoming foster parents but recently decided to help more children by becoming CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Advocates. I was sworn in as a CASA advocate for Gloucester, Cumberland, and Salem Counties during the month of August and my husband was sworn in as a CASA advocate for Camden County during the month of October. I have already been assigned to a case for a toddler who needs speech and language services and I look forward to working with other families in the future.

In my spare time, I love to sing classical, gospel, and opera songs. I performed with my college choir during my undergraduate studies at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ and was able to travel and perform with them in Vienna, Austria in 1997 and Russia in 1998. I recently performed with the Stockton Oratorio Society from 2012-2016 under the direction of Dr. Beverly Vaugh at Stockton University in Galloway, New Jersey. During that time, we performed at various community events in South Jersey and performed the Messiah at casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey. My best memory is when I traveled with a small number of members from the choir to Carnegie Hall in New York City to perform with choirs from different states in June 2015. It was an experience that I will never forget.”
